2. Automated Wallet Funding & Payments

Wallet funding via virtual accounts (Monnify, Payvessel, PaymentPoint) is processed automatically. You agree that bank charges or stamp duties deducted by the network processors are standard and non-refundable.

3. Transaction Dispatches & Refunding

Because our VTU portal connects directly to telecommunication gateways, successfully processed orders (airtime credit, data bundles, utility tokens) are **instant and irreversible**. Please double-check recipient phone numbers or meter numbers before entering your PIN. We do not refund money sent to incorrect numbers entered by the user.

4. Fair Use & API Abuse

Resellers utilizing our B2B REST APIs must adhere to standard connection limits. Any attempts to flood our API systems, run brute-force requests, or exploit transaction pathways will result in immediate account suspension and freezing of wallet balances pending audit.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee a 99.9% uptime, we do not accept liability for transaction delivery delays caused by external carrier network downtimes (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile, or Power Discos). We will, however, follow up with providers to resolve stuck orders within 24 hours.
